Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue separate patta to petitioner for the land situated in Survey No.50/2B for an extent of 21⁄2 cents situated at Keelavalaiyampatti Village, Pulikanmoi Post, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District in the light of petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2022 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
