For petitioner : Mr.Dhamodaran M.P For R1 and R2 : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the Petitioners in respect of the complaint lodged by 3rd respondent regarding family dispute between the 3rd respondent and her husband by the representation dated 06.06.2023.

2. It is the matrimonial issue between the third repsondent and her husband namely Murugapandi, who is not a party before this Court. The third repsondent has given a complaint against her husband and in-laws by making some allegation as if the harassment, assault and extra facts.

3. Since the above said complaint is pending before the second respondent herein, petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry.

4. The second respondent is directed to make enquiry by following proper procedure and by referring the matter to the Conciliation Centre also. In the mean time, if the husband of the third respondent is willing to 2/4

settle the issue with his wife, the possibility also be explored by the second respondent herein. The question of harassment may not be arise at this stage.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
