ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly eight weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly eight weeks, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5635 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025, is relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
