ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give necessary police protection to the petitioner herein for his life and limb and also give police protection for repairing pipeline and taking water through the pipeline from the Survey No.618/2C and Survey No.594 for cultivation purpose based on the petitioner's representation, dated 2/5

22.05.2023 and the Civil Court judgment and decree in O.S.No.245 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.245 of 2021 against the private respondents for permanent injunction before the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul. Since the defendants had remained ex-parte, the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, has passed judgment and decree dated 03.03.2023 granting permanent injunction restraining the private respondents and their men from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner was received on 23.05.2023 and the same is pending.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, hear both parties and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
