ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the public Auction-Cum-Tender Notification dated 27.07.2021. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for the third respondent informs the Court that such auction was conducted and concluded today. It is also stated that the bid of the highest bidder has been confirmed. As such, the present writ petition has become infructuous. By recording the same W.P.(MD). No.15378 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. It is, however, open to the petitioner to challenge the award of contract to such highest bidder or seek any other relief in such regard. Consequently, connected W.M.P(MD).Nos.12272 & 12274 of 2021 are closed.
