Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take immediate action to inaugurate the new out patients buildings of the Virudhunagar District Head Quarters Hospital within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to inaugurate new outpatients building constructed in Virudhunagar District Head Quarters Hospital, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the photographs that the buildings mentioned in the petition have already been constructed and the same are fit for inauguration.

Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents are directed to inaugurate the hospital buildings mentioned in the petition within a period of twenty days.
