ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the representation dated 07.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petitioner is the mother in law of the fourth respondent herein. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.384 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and they have given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12439 of 2021 undertaking to the effect that they will not make any trouble against each other in future and after arrival of the fourth respondent's husband from Dubai, they will sort out the matrimonial dispute, based on which, it was closed on 23.07.2021.

3. Since the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
