The Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to review the common judgment passed by this Court in C.M.A.(MD).No.411 & 412 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025, in connection with the guardianship of the minor. The arguments placed by the Learned Counsel is an attempt to re-agitate the case again afresh, after passing of the common judgment. Page No.2/4

3. This Court had categorically made an observations that, in case of guardianship, the welfare of the minor is predominant. We have interacted with the minor and found that appeal to be dismissed, subject to limited right of visitation granted to the petitioner herein (i.e., father). The review applications do not disclose any new facts which were not within the knowledge of the parties.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application (MD).Nos.200 & 203 of 2025 stands dismissed. No costs.
