This revision has been filed to set aside the Docket order passed in I.A.No.165 of 2021 in O.S.No.63 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since the order going to be passed will not cause any prejudice to the rights of the respondent, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

4. The petitioner has filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.165 of 2021 for interim injunction not to disturb his peaceful possession. After perusing the records, on 11.08.2021, the learned District Munsif, Kodaikanal has ordered notice to the respondent and posted the matter on 25.08.2021. He only can decide whether the ex parte injunction can be give on not and also no final order is passed in the said application. The revision is pre matured in nature.
