This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner and the third respondent are neighbours. The third respondent has lodged a complaint before the respondent police that her son is missing and therefore, a case has been registered in Crime No.154 of 2024, dated 25.06.2024. He further submits that since there is a previous motive between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the second respondent has sent a summons to the petitioner for his appearance on 03.07.2024, to ascertain the same from the petitioner.
