This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2017.

2.Heard, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Having regard to the fact that limited relief has been sought by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the second respondent to dispassionately consider the representation dated 19.10.2017 made by the petitioner and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the same to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
