JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the award and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.359 of 2017, dated 04.03.2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant/Transport Corporation submits that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat, which was conducted on 12.11.2022.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant/Transport Corporation, nothing survives for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
