ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 782/2024/A2, dated 07.06.2024.

2. Heard Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Though larger relief has been sought by the petitioner in this writ petition, now the petitioner prayed this Court that she may be 2/4

permitted to make her representation before the respondents and he also confined his relief that it would suffice to issue a direction to the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation to be submitted by the petitioner.

5. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make her representation before the official respondents, who in turn, shall consider the petitioner's request / representation to be submitted by the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
