Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from dispossessing the people in Survey No.898 without due process of law. [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to forbear the respondents from making dispossession of the people who are residing in Survey No.898 for the purpose of putting up Veterinary Hospital, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has contended to the effect that the Government is going to construct a Veterinary Hospital in Survey No.899, Thotanoothu Village.
4.Further on the side of the petitioner relevant document has not been filed for the purpose of showing as to who is the owner of Survey No.898. Further the petitioner is not residing in Survey No.898. Under the said circumstances, this writ petition is nothing, but frivolous and the same deserves to be dismissed.
