ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation dated 24.08.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.205 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that quarrel arose between the petitioner and the third respondent herein regarding the quality of the work undertaken. It appears that the third respondent has tendered apology and gave a statement to the effect that he will not trouble the petitioner in future. This petitioner also accepted the apology tendered by the third respondent as such, it was closed on 29.08.2021.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably, nothing survives for further direction or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
