O R D E R

************* [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachment made by the respondents 4 and 5 in the cart track in Nochikulam revenue Village, in Sankarankovil Taluk, in Tirunelveli District. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 29.10.2014 to the third respondent herein. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed as alleged, the same shall be removed. But, the third respondent shall issue notice to the affected parties and follow the statutory procedure before doing so. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
