ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.297 of 2022 in O.S.No.320 of 2022, pending on its file, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein is the tenant under the first respondent herein. He filed a suit in O.S.No.320 of 2022 before the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai, seeking the relief of permanent injunction, restraining the defendants, their men, agents, henchmen from disposing him from the suit property except under due process of law. He has also filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.297 of 2022 seeking temporary injunction restraining the defendants from his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit till the disposal of the suit.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the said interlocutory application in I.A.No.297 of 2022 has been filed in the month of April 2022, the same is not taken up for hearing by the trial Court for the past four months. Therefore, he seeks for a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the said interlocutory application.

4. Considering that the interlocutory application in I.A.No.297 of 2022 is pending for the past four months, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.297 of 2022 in O.S.No.320 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
