ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry on his complaint dated 26.03.2024 and take necessary action in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.03.2024, a case has been registered in Crime No. 267 of 2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the respondent Police is directed to take necessary action as against the accused.
