ORDER

In the light of the Notification No.103/Judl/2016, dated 04.07.2016, issued by the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, the matter was taken up in the absence of the petitioner as well as his Counsel.

2. The petitioner who was appointed as Office Assistant in the respondent Co-operative Urban Bank Limited, was placed under suspension, on 24.02.2016. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Be that as it may, this Writ Petition is not amenable to the Writ jurisdiction in view of the ratio laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in Marappan.K. Vs The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal, reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he so desires to do so. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
