ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Clause 6(2)(3) of TNSC(RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.130 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on earlier three occasion, the very same petitioner filed the petitions for anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed. The last petition for seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD).No.

14602 of 2018 was dismissed on 20.08.2018. Since the said fact was suppressed by the petitioner, this Court about to dismiss the anticipatory bail with cost, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the case. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
