ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, seeking for compassionate appointment to the petitioner. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that since the petitioner's husband died, while he was in service under the respondent Department, she sought appointment on compassionate ground, by submitting a representation on 15.09.2017 and so far no appointment is provided as sought, hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
