ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. 32 of 2018. They seek anticipatory bail.

2.This Court had dismissed the earlier petition by taking note of their conduct.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would abide by any condition that will be imposed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that he would not apply for any relaxation or modification petition on the condition to be imposed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m., for a period of four weeks. petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
