ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 232, 254 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 in Crime No.72 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On perusal of the records it is seen that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).NO. 1391 of 2022, by order dated 06.08.2022, but, the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by the Court within the time stipulated and filed the present 2nd anticipatory bail petition before this Court.

3. Since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier, the second anticipatory bail may not lie. If the time lapsed, the petitioner has to file a petition for extension of time. The petitioner is at liberty to file a proper petition seeking extension of time before the Court concerned.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
