ORDER

The revision petitioner questions the order dated 07.01.2013 passed by the Labour Court, Cuddalore (Camp), at Thanjavur, condoning the delay in restoring the I.D.No.182 of 2005. The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the memo of grounds.

2. I am of the view that the order in question was passed as early as on 07.01.2013. More than 5 1⁄2 years have lapsed after the impugned order has passed. That apart, it is only an order condoning the delay in restoring an Industrial dispute. Therefore, this Court does not wish to interfere with such a discretionary order.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No

Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
