ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 07.02.2017 seeking to issue fresh school committee approval proceedings by correcting the school committee period as 08.12.2016 to 07.12.2019 instead of 08.12.2016 to 30.11.2018.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner-school is a recognized aided school and the respondent has given approval for the school committee vide proceedings dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
07.02.2017. Since there were some mistakes, in the approval, in respect of the period, the petitioner - school made a representation to the respondent to rectify the same. However, till date no orders have been passed by the respondent, hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 07.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
