Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.Herold Singh.S.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.THANGA ARAVINDH B GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today, the matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners stating that this Court, in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 15.06.2023, has observed that the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit substantial amount as directed by this Court, and directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each directly to the defacto complainant, however, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has not made the said submission and prayed for appropriate orders.
2. Heard both sides and perused the order dated 15.06.2023 passed by this Court.
