O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner alleges that the sixth respondent has committed encroachments in Govindhanallur Tank situated at V.Muthulingapuram Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The writ petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.12.2015 in this regard.
2.When the case was taken up for disposal, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent pointed out that the very same allegation had already been enquired into and it was found by the authorities that the sixth respondent was not guilty of any wrong doing. We however direct the fourth respondent to once again enquire into the writ petitioner's representation. The fourth respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
