ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2020, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, his grandfather, namely, S.Varaguna Ramapandia Chinnathambiar, was the last Zaminder of Sivagiri Zamin. After Tamil Nadu Estate Abolition Act has come into force, the Zamindar system was abolished and the Sivagiri Zamin was under the custody of the Court of wards. After the death of the said S.Varaguna Ramapandia Chinnathambiar, his son, namely, Kuttiraja, father of the petitioner has sent several representations to the respondents to issue a patta to the Zamin legal heirs and the petitioner has also sent several representations, lastly on 10.09.2020. Since no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner, he has approached this Court, seeking aforesaid prayer.

W.P.(MD) No.15538 of 2020 3.This Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2020, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. At the time of issuance of patta, the guidelines issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.7746 of 2020 etc., batch dated 23.09.2020, have to be scrupulously followed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
