ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the letter received from the Judge, Family Court, Trichirapalli in D.NO.510 Dated 7.7.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of both sides, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 27.11.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1585 of 2020 within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.510 dated 07.07.2021 wherein, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 27.11.2020.
