ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.172 of 2018. He seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners' earlier petition was dismissed, taking note of the quantum of contraband. Now this petition has been renewed and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having any previous antecedents and he may be permitted to surrender before the Court below.
