Respondents/Respondents/Complainants Prayer :- Petition filed under article 226 of constitution of india pleased to allow the Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the fair and executable order passed by the learned Additional District Judge (FTC) of Palani in IA No.101 of 2020 in OS No.20 of 2014 on 08.04.2021 and to pass such other and further orders. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 14.09.21, and direct the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.20/2014 with in the period of six months from the date of reciept of the copy of the order, and requisisition letter dated 10.07.

23, submitted by the Additional District Judge (FTC), Palani, this court made the following order: By an order dated 14.09.2021 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition, the learned Additional District Judge, Palani was directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.20 of 2014 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Thereafter, vide letter dated 13.04.2022, the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Palani had requested for further time of three months to dispose the suit. This Court by its order dated 09.06.2022 has granted further three months time to dispose the suit.

3. Now, the Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Palani vide his letter dated 10.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.585/2023, has again requested for extension of time to dispose the suit. In the said letter, he has given explanation for non-disposal of the suit.

4. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Additional District Judge in the letter dated 10.07.2023, the time for disposal of the suit is extended by another 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be entertained.
