Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay interest for the delayed payment of retirement benefits, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2015, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2015 within a time frame.
