ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner is employed as Assistant in the respondent college. The impugned charge memo is questioned on the ground of vagueness. This Court had earlier granted an interim order of stay. 3.Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the college fairly stated that the management would withdraw the impugned charge memo and consider issuing a fresh charge memo, if necessary. This liberty is always available to the management and a formal permission is even not required from the Court. In any event, for the sake of clarity, I grant such liberty.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the college, the impugned charge memo is quashed and this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
