ORDER

The petitioner questions the impugned order of suspension on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 2.The suspension order has been passed against the petitioner because disciplinary action is proposed against the petitioner. The charge memo was originally stayed by this Court. Today ie., 30.06.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the college management informed through their counsel that they propose to withdraw the charge memo. Therefore, the suspension also cannot survive. The impugned suspension order is quashed and the writ petition is allowed. The petitioner will be 2/4

entitled to all the consequential benefits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
