The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 read with 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.373 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Nagercoil.

ORDER

The petitioner/wife has filed the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition praying to withdraw the HMOP No.373 of 2023 pending on the

file of the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli to transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Nagercoil.

2. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, it can be seen that the petitioner is residing at Suchindram and therefore, she is pleading hardship to travel upto Tirunelveli. It can be further seen that M.C.No.2 of 2024 is also pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.373 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli, is transferred to the file of the learned Family Court, Nagercoil, to be tried along with M.C.No.2 of 2024.
