PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family by way of enquiry even after Criminal Original petition was closed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10718 of 2018. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Palani For Respondents : Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family by way of enquiry even after Criminal Original petition was closed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10718 of 2018.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1373 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and the petitioner has already obtained anticipatory bail and investigation is pending before the third respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
