This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give the permission and adequate Police protection for conducting "Adal Padal" dance programme on 15.07.2019 in connection with the Audi Festival of Arulmigu Sri Muthumarriamman Temple, Kamarajapuram, Ponnagar, Trichy, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct "Adal Padal dance programme" on 15.07.2019 in connection with the Audi Festival of Arulmigu Sri Muthumarriamman Temple, Kamarajapuram, Ponnagar, Trichy, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 08.07.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
