Prayer in CRL MP(MD)No.8245 of 2022:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed to condone the delay of 18 days in payment of cost amount imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3001/2022 order dated 25.02.2022 on the file of this Court and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to accept the deposit receipt dated 28/03/2022. Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No. 3001/ 2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No. 392 of 2021 dated 12.09.21 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ilayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same as against the petitioner. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof passing the earlier order dated 25.02.2022 in CRL OP(MD). 3001 of 2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Veerakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate on behalf of the first respondent, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD)No.8245 of 2022 This Court while passing an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3001 of 2022 on 25.02.2022, directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam on or before 10.03.2022. But, the petitioner has not paid the aforesaid amount within the stipulated time. However, the petitioner has paid the amount belatedly that is on 28.03.2022.

2. In view of the above, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to mark the copy of the order to the concerned Police station.
