Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner, relates to the land measuring 3 cents, in S.No. 22/4 in Agathakulam Village, Tiruchuzhi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by disposing my application dated 24.05.2022 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned application and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
