Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.447 of 2025:- Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST(POA) Amendment Act, 2015, seeking to call for records relating to the impugned order passed in Crl.MP.No.817 of 2025 in Crime No.139 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi District and set aside the same as illegal and arbitrary and enlarge the appellants/accused No.2 and 3 in Crime No.139 of 2025 on the file of the respondent on bail by allowing the appeal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Venkatesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.447 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 2/4

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be modified to a certain extent.

4.Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday (if it is a holiday, then they shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
