RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10966 of 2018 on 05/07/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SUBBIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The defacto complainant has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that investigation is over and final report has been filed. But, it is yet to be taken on file.

3.In this circumstance, this Court is of the view that there is no need to cancel the anticipatory bail. Further, if the petitioner is facing any threat, it is open to the petitioner to move the trial Court for cancellation of the order granting relief to the accused persons.
