ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli to dispose of I.A.No.8 of 2019 in O.S.No.7 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that though the application in I.A.No.8 of 2019 has been filed on 04.01.2019 for the purpose of attachment before judgment and the respondents have filed counter on 25.08.2019, the said application has not been disposed of so far since the respondents are taking adjournment from time to time. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the I.A., within a time frame. 4.Accordingly, the learned Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.8 of 2019 in O.S.No.7 of 2018, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
