ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3224 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 20 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 20 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3224 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on 1st working day of every English calender month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
