Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19/06/2018 sent through her counsel and consequently direct the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner by subdivided the property in Survey No.41/1 of Karisalpatti village, Sattur village, Virudhunagar District.
