This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.686 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.686 of 2020 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
