2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for nearly 81 days. He further submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Trial Court .

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No 2871 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025, is relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
