This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.797 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and to file a charge sheet in accordance with law.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 797 of 2015, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
