The petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case/F.I.R., on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.02.2020 and investigate into the case as per the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi in Crl.M.P. No. 559 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that FIR has been registered in Crime No.105 of 2020 on 31.10.2020. 4.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
