ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings Crime No.859 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. Since the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, the learned Judicial Magistrate, is directed to process the final report, within the time stipulated by the Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
