This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, dated 20.12.2024 in C.M.P.No.5707 of 2024. Page No. 1 of 4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent would submit that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, dated 20.12.2024 in C.M.P.No.5707 of 2024 could not be complied with, since the amount was transferred from the suspect account to the account of Mrs.Bharathi Ashok pursuant to the order of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, the respondent shall report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, about the said fact, enclosing a copy of the order of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and shall also serve a copy of the said order on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner may seek appropriate remedy before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, to secure the money lost by him.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
